A three-years PhD thesis position is available in the BONSAI research group (INRIA, Lille, France), starting in fall 2011. The research topic is �Development of index data structures for RNA pattern retrieval�. We are seeking motivated candidates holding a Master in Computer Science or Bioinformatics, with skills in algorithmics and programming to apply for this position.
